Closed Captions for all episodes on Youtube

I've been weighing whether to post transcripts of episodes for people with hearing impairments. It would be a lot of work and I don't know if there's anyone listening to episodes, let alone clamoring for more accessible versions. Anyway, I noticed that Youtube is automatically creating captions for all the episodes I post there. It's not perfect but more accurate than I expected.
